Good Morning Parents! 

We handed out permission slips today for our upcoming 7th Grade Field Trip to Whirlyball in Bloomington on May 6th. Permission slips MUST BE returned before April 20th. These are waivers that have to be signed in order for your child to participate at Whirlyball. Please send your child back asap with these signed. There is one attached to this message here if you need to print a new one at home! 

Also, there is a $20 suggested donation for this amazing trip! Those payments will only be accepted on ParentSquare this year. Please find that link here on this post! Thank you in advance! 

Couple things to note about this trip: 
1. Students can opt to bring a lunch or get a school lunch (on the permission slip form)
2. Students must come in uniform.
3. NO phones allowed on field trip.
4. Students are able to purchase food at Whirlyball. They have pizzas, sodas, cheese curds, etc. IF a student elects to bring money, they must be responsible for that money themselves. 
5. Must have a signed waiver and form to attend the field trip. NO EXCEPTIONS.
